Your puppy has been selectively bred for excellent quality, health, soundness, intelligence and good temperament. This puppy is sold in good faith with no known health problems unless stated in this contract. The buyer has 72 hr after receipt of the puppy to have him/her examined by a licensed veterinarian. If your puppy is found to be seriously ill within this time period, you may request a full refund after receipt of written proof from a licensed veterinarian. The puppy will be returned to us at buyers expense. This must be done within 72 hr of vet exam. This health guarantee in all parts will be terminated immediately if puppy is not examined within the allotted time. We will not be responsible for contagious diseases like Giardia , Coccidia or any kind of parasite. Still, with all living things, situations happen that are out of our control as a puppy owner. We offer a 24 month from D.O.B. genetic health guarantee to the original owner, if any genetic disabling abnormality is found within the puppy's first 24 months of life, such as: moderate to severe elbow or hip dysplasia, goes blind or has a life threatening heart defect . We will reimburse your vet bills up to 50% the purchase price (excluding shipping ) for hereditary life altering conditions. You do not have to return sick puppy .We are a small home breeder, this reimbursement of your vet bills can take up to twelve (12) months. Written documentation (copies of all bills you have paid and all medical records) from your licensed veterinarian is required , also OFA & X-rays are needed to diagnose HD. The buyer agrees to provide the following: Heartworm & Flea interceptor, proper exercise, diet, shelter and general care; properly maintain adequate and humane environment and accommodations, regular veterinary care including checkups, regular worming, illness and injury treatments, age appropriate vaccinations as recommended by a qualified veterinarian, and any other medically related care needed by the puppy. You must provide your puppy with a safe suitable area, and he/she must live in your home environment. You must provide appropriate lifetime training and socialization of the dog, which significantly contributes to the ultimate temperament and reliability of the dog. Buyer agrees not to overwork or strain the puppy. Jumping up and down off of tailgates/ furniture, running up and down stairs and running long distances with your puppy in their growth stage (3 months to 18 months) is very harmful to their joints. We highly recommend that you keep your puppy on a high-quality puppy food, for at least the first 24 months, and make sure he/she gets moderate (not excessive) exercise. Some examples of this type of exercises are as follows: Swimming, walking less than a mile and supervised play with other dogs, this will allow proper bone and joint development. Puppies should under no circumstances be allowed to become overweight, or sit in a crate all day. We DO NOT guarantee color, temperament , coat, levels of shedding, bite ( under/over) or size of puppy. Umbilical hernias are easy to repair during spay/neuter surgery, and as such no discount will be given if your puppy has an umbilical hernia.We require that you have your puppy spay/neuterwithin six (6) months of their birth date. Failure to do so or to provide documentation at our request, will void the health guarantee and could result in legal proceedings. Deviations from this contract can and may be pursued by us through our attorney as a breech of contract. If there is ever a dispute between Seller and Buyer all suits will be handled in the state of Alabama in Jefferson County. "Never" take one of our dogs to a shelter, do not resale to any pet stores or puppy mills. We will gladly take back any of our puppies at any time if you can no longer care for it (at any age). We request you contact us before you re-home or resale one of our puppies. If you are a first time puppy owner please be aware of "normal" puppy behaviors such as ...chewing , nipping ,jumping, running, barking or periods of high energy as these should never be considered a fault .With maturity of the dog , proper training , patience and commitment from you ...these undesirable behaviors will soon pass with proper training and you will have your perfect family companion !

Lepto should NOT be given with any vaccination prior to 6 months. We recommend the Fort Dodge Brand--This covers all four strains of Lepto, should you choose this vaccine after 6 months of age. (There have been many documented deaths due to this vaccination that so often is included in "routine puppy vaccines".) If your puppy does receive Lepto prior to 6 months, or routine puppy vaccinations are given more frequent than 3 weeks apart, or vaccines are given more frequently than annually, once puppy series is completed, our Health Guarantee is voided.

Parvo is NOT a genetic illness , if puppy should fall ill with parvo with in the 72 hours after leaving us a full refund will be issued . (Puppy has to be diagnosed by a licensed Veterinarian with parvo with in the first 72 hr of leaving us ) , if puppy retracts parvo after 72 hr of leaving us do to your negligence no refund of any kind will be given .
